This is Pam and Cyril, they are my in laws and called nan and grandad by the children. This picture was taken
at the airport on one of their many visits to us when we lived in Holland.
Since moving back to the Uk in September 2003 they have been a tower of strength to me and the boys, they are
always there to help us and every hospital visit we have had for Adam one of them is always with Jeffrey and Luke while the
other comes with me and Adam to the hospital. Normally Grandad comes with us and Nan stays and takes care of Luke and Jeffrey. They
moved from Ilford in October 2002 to a place called Great Totham, Maldon. When we moved back to England in September 2003
we moved close to where they are living in a place called Heybridge, they are about 10 minutes away which is great.
This is Lily my husbands auntie with Luke, they were born on the same day but 81 years apart!!
Lily has been married to Gerry for 61 years now and they are about to move house after living in Seven Kings Ilford for
the last 36 years. Lily likes to collect teapots and loves traveling around to boot sales, she has a wonderful collection
of plates and dinner ware which are all ready waiting to be moved to their new home in South Woodham Ferrers. Gerry spends
allot of his time changing the times on his clocks, he has to put the times back an hour on all of them which takes him a
few weeks i would think.....
They are an amazing couple who met and married during the war, Gerry was in the RAF and they both have some amazing stories
to tell about growing up and how they met.
Gerry was surfing the web last week at the age of 82, they are a lovely couple and full of energy and life.
